Humanities Texas , the nonprofit affiliate of the National Endowment for the Humanities, sponsors and develops a wide range of educational resources from summer institutes for K-12 teachers to occasional books and essay collections. The organization also circulates more than fifty traveling exhibits on art, literature, and history, some with bilingual interpretative materials. The exhibit collection offers varied topics and formats, high-quality content, easy installation, and low rental fees. Humanities Texas also produces Humanities Interactive, an online gallery of more than forty digital exhibits on border studies, Texas history and culture, ancient cultures, literature, and other important themes. Each interactive exhibit features engaging learning activities aimed at K-12 students as well as adult learners. |
