Limit of students per visit: Self-guided & Field study trips: 60 students per time slot
Basic tour: 30 students
Chaperone/student ratio: Pre K-K: 1 chaperone to 5 students
Grades 1-6: 1 chaperone to 8 students
Length of programs: Field Study Trip: 2 hours
Basic Tour: 1.5 hours
Self-guided Visit: 1.5 hours
Cost per student: Field study trip: free (teachers trained with our curriculum)
Basic Tour (docent-led): $4 - $4.50 per person, limited availability
Self-Guided Tour: $3 - $3.50 per person (rates subject to change)
How far in advance must visit be scheduled? minimum 2 weeks - requires written registration - contact registrar for registration packet
Days and hours of program availability: Tuesday-Friday (Sept. 1-May 31, 2001); No Basic Tours April 2-27, 2001
Basic tour and Self-guided tours: 9:30-11am or 12-1:30pm-other times may be available, school groups are scheduled between 9am and 2pm
Field Study Trips: 9:30-11:20am or 12-2pm
